You can get an estimate online, and book a visit for free.

Our technician will come to take measurements and show you the fabrics. Then only you can confirm the order!

Super simple. You book a slot online, and one of our experts shows up at your place with samples, fabric ideas, and a measuring tape. We help you choose the right curtains for your space, take all the measurements, and send you a quote. It’s quick, helpful, and totally free.

What happens during the measurement visit?

Our salesperson will visit your location, take precise window measurements, show you curated fabric and style options, and help you finalize your preferences.

How long does it take to receive a price quote?

You will receive a custom quote within 1 hour after the measurement visit.

Can I make changes to my order after receiving the quote?

Yes, you can adjust your selection before making payment. After payment, you have a 24-hour window to request changes.

What payment options are available?

You can choose from three payment options:

  • Full upfront payment
  • 50% advance payment with 50% due upon installation
  • A 3-month installment plan (with a 3% service fee)

Is the installation included in the price?

Yes, absolutely. Once your curtains or blinds are ready, we come back to install them. No extra steps. No hidden fees. Our team handles the full curtain installation, so you don’t have to lift a finger. Everything’s measured, fitted, and mounted by professionals.

How soon can my curtains be installed?

Installation is typically scheduled within 5 working days after payment and order confirmation, subject to availability.

Do you offer a warranty on your curtains and blinds?

Yes, we offer a 12-month warranty on all fabrics and rails against manufacturing defects.

How do I request a warranty service?

You can contact our customer support via email or WhatsApp. We will coordinate an inspection and assist you with repairs or replacements if needed.

Currently, the easiest and fastest way to book a visit is through our website. However, if you face any issues, you can contact our customer support via WhatsApp or phone, and we’ll assist you with the booking manually.

When is my booking confirmed?

A booking is confirmed once your phone number is successfully verified by:

  • Entering a One-Time Password (OTP) at the time of booking, or
  • Confirming via WhatsApp if OTP verification fails.

What if I fail to verify my phone number?

If verification isn’t completed, Kurtains reserves the right to hold or cancel the booking.

How do I confirm my order?

An order is confirmed when you complete one of the following:

  • Full upfront payment
  • 50% advance payment

First installment of the 3-month payment plan

Can I cancel or modify my order after payment?

When is the balance payment due?

  • For the 50% payment option: balance is due the day after a successful installation.
  • For installment plans: monthly as per the agreement.

What happens if I don't pay the balance?

Unpaid balances may be referred to a debt collection agency and subject to legal action. All associated fees will be borne by the customer.

Can I get a refund after 24 hours?

No, after 24 hours your order enters production and refunds are no longer available unless the product is defective or incorrectly manufactured.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects on fabrics and rails for 12 months. It does not cover accessories, misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

How do I claim a warranty?
